Shipping Policy

Shipping is arranged only for goods and routes accepted in writing.

The customer must disclose the exact product, value, origin, packing, dangerous-goods status, batteries, liquids, chemicals, magnets, wireless functions and other carrier-relevant features.

LCL may refuse or change a route if a carrier, insurer, port or authority requires it.

Transit and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Production, consolidation, space, weather, congestion, security, examination, testing, licensing, strikes, force majeure and authority action may all affect timing.

Included freight, pickup, consolidation, Customs Broker coordination, delivery, insurance and charges are only those stated in the accepted quotation.

The following are additional unless expressly included:

The importer of record and the licensed Customs Broker are identified separately from LCL.

Customs and regulator assessment and release are not controlled or guaranteed by LCL.

Onward delivery occurs only after lawful release and payment of applicable charges.

Cargo insurance is not included unless the accepted quotation expressly says so.

Carrier liability and claim periods may be limited by law and by carrier terms.

The customer must inspect delivery promptly, note visible loss or damage on the delivery record, and submit supporting evidence within the applicable time.

Title, risk and Incoterms arise only from the accepted sale and service documents.

Door-to-door describes the agreed logistics coverage. It does not itself identify or replace the importer of record, does not transfer statutory importer obligations, does not change legal ownership, and does not guarantee customs clearance.

Included and excluded services and charges must be stated in the accepted quotation.
