Your Goods Are Ready in China. What Happens Next?

“Goods ready” is where logistics starts

Once the factory says the order is ready, the next job is to turn a production order into a properly coordinated shipment. ## 1. Confirm cargo data We need the supplier location, carton count, dimensions, gross weight, product description and commercial documents. Without accurate cargo data, freight planning is guesswork. ## 2. Arrange pickup or warehouse delivery The cargo is collected from the factory or sent to the agreed warehouse. If several suppliers are involved, their orders can be brought together. ## 3. Check shipment preparation Carton marks, packing, labels and documents are reviewed as applicable to the shipment. Any obvious mismatch is better addressed before export. ## 4. Select and book the freight route Depending on the cargo, this may be LCL, FCL or air freight. ## 5. Export and India-side import coordination The shipment moves with the required commercial and transport documents. India-side clearance is then coordinated based on the actual goods, classification and applicable requirements. ## 6. Final delivery After clearance and release, the cargo moves to the agreed delivery location. ## Why clients use one coordinator The value is not simply booking freight.
